Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for structural design work, drafting structural design management plan, promoting the completion of each main node on time, and ensuring structural design quality and cost control;

2. Participate in product ID and CMF evaluation, provide professional opinions, and ensure the manufacturability of the product;

3. Responsible for product ID and structure prototype proofing and improvement;

4. Responsible for following up the samples, testing and verification of new products;

5. Responsible for the preparation and output of technical documents such as product BOM, related drawings, product technical standards, product manuals, etc.;

6. Responsible for the improvement of structure and process design issues in the product life cycle;

7. Research and explore new processes and technologies, and can be well applied to the company's products;

Qualifications:

1. More than 1 year of experience in non-standard automation equipment development or precision scientific instrument design;

2. Have innovative thinking and design capabilities, be familiar with the performance parameters of conventional standard parts, and be able to independently be responsible for the mechanical structure and transmission design of the product;

3. Independently responsible for structure-related development, scheme design, product design, output of engineering drawings and standardization review;

4. Familiar with large-scale 3D mechanical design software such as Autocad, Solidworks or UG/ProE, and have relevant cases and experience in independent design;

5. Experience in industrial automation design in biological or pharmaceutical related industries is preferred;

6. Experience in designing and developing complete sets of automation equipment and machinery, or designing non-standard equipment such as motion control, identification, sorting, and clamping is preferred;
