Job Responsibilities:

1. Summarize the development status of in vitro diagnostic products and the advantages of new technologies in the application of in vitro diagnostic products;

2. Participate in the entire process of new product design, research and development, and performance evaluation;

3. Complete experimental records in a standardized manner, and regularly report on project progress;

4. Assist in product registration application and conversion after R&D.

job requirements:

1. Biology, chemistry, physical chemistry, medical related majors, master's degree or above;

2. Have a solid theoretical foundation in immunology, biochemistry, cell biology, molecular biology, etc., understand relevant professional knowledge of laboratory medicine, and have good literature retrieval capabilities;

3. Proficiency in immunology and molecular biology related experimental operations, such as PCR, etc.;

4. Have strong research and innovation spirit and independent learning ability;

5. Possess R&D project management experience and strong logical thinking ability;

6. Work proactive, serious and rigorous, with a strong sense of responsibility, communication and coordination skills, and teamwork awareness.
